Yep, perhaps, but until its successfully appealed and struck down by the courts, your jail time for breaking it is as real as any other.

I really don't see this thing going anywhere, most people are not buying that plastic stuff to put bullets in. not a whole lot of information out there on how this thing works. but those plastic casing are 20 bucks for 10. i don't know if they are re usable or not. it's a no go for me.

Yep and the gun itself is not cheap either. you can buy a much better pistol and make it an SBR for a lot cheaper even with the tax stamp. the registration and not wanting the ATF to have my information is nothing to me as they have had it for many years now. lol

One of the vids I saw about it on Utube FA showed a letter from ATF.
