AIRB0RNE6176, how would you rate/compare the 10mm 1911's you have? And the SIG 220 vs the 1911's if you had to choose between the 220 and 1911 in 10mm which would you give the win to?

BTW, the Springfield response was pretty quick. I sent an email late Thur evening. Mon was the holiday...I had multiple people reach out from Springfield to set up a warranty claim on Tue. The sent a link for a FedEx shipping label and instructions. The trigger feels nice too.

So, I got an XDM Elite 10mm Compact. Getting this gun was a chore as the FFL I'd used sold the business unknown to me. It had to go back to gunbuyer.com then I had to pay to ship it to another FFL. Oh, well. I got it and all seemed well until I dry fired it a few times. After I put the gun down...

Anyone know if the 9mm holsters will work with the 10mm version? Guessing not since it seems a bit wider. What are the holster options for IWB appendix? Also, will the barrel be ok with hard cast bullets...not on a regular basis but just to test a mag or two then carry while hiking? -Dean

There was a review on Midwayusa or Buffalo bore from a hellcat owner who said he had no probs but wanted to check here. Yeah, it would be very minimal with the Buffalo bore as that stuff is stupid expensive. Prob a mag or 2 to test and carry on hiking trips. I'm guessing the flat nose will be...

Bought some 147gr American eagle flat nosed ammo...ok in the hellcat? Also, was considering buffalo bore hard cast ammo 9mm outdoors. Is hard cast OK in the hellcat?
