I saw a lot of GOOD men, NCOs Vietnam combat vets get RIFed for B.S. reasons. Failure to promote, no high school diploma, never got selected for NCO schools (never mind the fact that they got promoted on the battel field) trouble maintaining physical standards. One in particular comes to mind...
