Being 6—6, I appreciate her height! Regards the inflation post, in 1966 tuition at NAU,in AZ, was $75 a semester…today is $7560! I understand that inflation is a real thing, but even with inflation , that $75 should be a measly $760. Sure wish my salary had gone up that much!

S&W Model 15 I was issued in 1971 Remington 870 my Father bought me in 1959. Browning BAR in .338 I bought in 1970. Honorable mention…S&W Model 38 I bought in 1971.

Nothing new. Bases have to deal with staff cutbacks and priority is to active duty. V.A. is same. Live 180 miles from V.A. Hospital. They pay to see local doctor, or mileage if I care to drive. I have Tricare for Life, so use that most of the time…

I still use one of those “grip backwards” holsters after 55 years…
