I just got a Garret Industries Silent Thunder Guardian, a leather-lined Kydex IWB holster for m y Walther PPK and PPK/S pistols. I am impressed! Build quality is top notch and it is totally adjustable for both height and degree of cant.

TT Gunleather makes an excellent holster for the HellCat OSP. Turn around time is usually about 4 weeks. Pic #1 is the KX Lightweight IWB Holster, and #2 is a Pancake Holster with Mag Pouch.

The best Cold Blue I've found is Brownells' Oxpho-Blue. A couple of coats of that, and then rubbed down with an oily cloth and it comes out looking pretty good.
