3 inch EMP Ronin had to have warranty work

Gun came with one 9 round mag.
would have up to 3 FTF's with each 9 round load of JHP's
Tried 4 different brands..(Hornady ftx, Winchester ranger, Federal Punch, and Federal HST.
mag seemed tight and follower seems to want to stick.
So returned it for a look see.

Anyone have experience with Springfield warranty work...
are they somewhat prompt, or do they take months...

I haven't had any warranty work needed from SA but I hear that the warranty department is top notch. A lot of people recommend calling to setup a warranty repair.

I had to send my XDM Elite back and they were quick. I don't think I waited more than 14 days, that was a couple of years ago. SA customer service is top notch. Haven't heard anything otherwise
