Allrighty .... The universal expansion die is not here yet, but I was able to use one of the
RCBS cartridge trimmer plugs with a hammer to expand the case mouth.
Not an efficient way to load but it would work. Still going to wait on the die.

If you are just trying too expand, then use an expander from a 30 cal.

If I was a long gun reloader I could. Handgun I only have 9mm as the smallest. .355 is a little bit big. Mashes it out way to big. I do have a Universal expander on the way so should be good when it arrives. Until then I found a center punch that "works" if I'm real careful.

I notice that they completely skip Speer.... Speer has some data. Start low is the secret.

I have Quick Load that I use for comparing of data and found that some are way under pressure and others show over too way over pressure. It will also show case capacity if you want the crunchy stuff!
