I had a duty gun (Gen 1 Glock 22 .40) that never jammed once in almost 24 years. None of my Hi Powers ever jammed either. . Then again, I didn't "tune" them and try to fix what wasn't broken.

Pshaw…who would want a gun that never jams? How would you practice your malfunction drills while on the range? In preparation, of course, for trying to employ one of the “guns that never jams” when you need it most when it will inevitably jam. Have people never met “Murphy”?

I’ll be honest. My 10MM used to have F2F and stove pipe quite often. Basically Murphy liked it and trained me well.

Funny you say that…

Beretta 686’s can, kinda, jam on the second shot…it’s usually with light loads, has to do with the inertia block springs. Basically…no bang for your second shot.

It’s an easy fix, though. I think it ran me $50 to have my gunsmith do it.

The Sp101s with short barrels are not nice to try and keep a hold of. The 357 mags stand right up Or fly out of your hand, like my Bud's does. He shoots 38 specials loads thru it.

Never shot a p226, but do own a P220 in the Lord's caliber, not meant for meows.

I’d say…about the only multi-shot platform that can’t jam would be an external-hammer double barrel.

Anything else? Revolvers, autos, what have you…

If you haven’t had a malfunction/jam…
