I wear Tru-Spec original cargo pants all the time. Benefit of retirement. Carry in the cargo pocket. Equal access whether standing or sitting. And weight isn't a factor for that carry. (I wish it really wasn't but lost 50+ with ~20 to go)

I typically wear an IWB at the 3 to 4 o.clock. Jeans about 1 size bigger with leather belt and a patterned T-shirt or collared shirt. I use either Versacarry, Mernickle, Hidden Hybrid Holsters, Muddy River or Crossbreed depending on the firearm I am carrying. Cooler weather or if I have a long enough shirt I wear OWB same position, all have the 15 degree cant. I have found that with the cant and position, it allows me to bend, stoop, crouch and sit without having the firearm jabbing me. I have the muffin top, so all my holsters have the sweat shield and almost all my firearms have the rubber Talon grips for comfort against the skin. Cooler weather I will layer with a tucked in T-shirt and a large shirt for concealment. Works out very well for me. Unless I am carrying one of my weightier firearms, carrying is barely noticeable for me.

Im fat. P365 in an Alabama pocket holster in my jeans' front right-hand pocket. Yes it prints if you know what you're looking at, but printing is not illegal in my state. Both open and permitted concealed are legal, so printing is not breaking any laws. I gave up on IWB after $300-400 in repeatedly uncomfortable holsters.

I'm 5-8 and 240lbs. I carry concealed, IBL at 3 oclock and it has worked for me for years now. I just wear loose clothes and have very minimal printing. I use a 1791 belt leather holster and it's very comfortable.

IWB at 3 o'clock, pants one size up, tight t-shirt tucked in so the holster isn't against my skin, and a 2x shirt over top. It's not nearly as comfortable as 4 or 5 with an OWB, but it works.

As I got older/fatter I kept wearing the same inside the waistband style I always have. Luckily, I am retired in a college town...cargo pants from Duluth and an untucked shirt makes me the cool grandpa looking dude, not a homeless bum with ill fitting clothing. But I will admit, the five inch Government Model 1911 is not quite as comfortable as a Sig 365 XL with a Holosun. I am walking now, trying to get away from my current Fat Elvis condition and down to Comeback Elvis shape.
