Never was a big fan of SOS ... too much of it in the service I suppose, but I dearly love me some slightly thickened, white sausage gravy spooned over some hot homemade biscuits. Oh yeh!!!!!

Mrs Greener and I visited Edinburg and went to the castle over New Years in 2008. It's an amazing place and where I became an adherent of single malt scotch.
