Sorry for your loss, not easy to loose a pet, my wife lost her cat 4 years ago, it was her best friend, it was diagnosed with FIP which is fatal to cats and really no treatment for it.

Yes, it’s the one I got posted here in the pets thread. We waited about a year before we got another one, funny thing is, the one we got now is the same size and color as the one we lost.

Very sorry for your loss, dogs get ripped off with their lifespan.

My Jack Russel will be 14 next month. I know his time will come much sooner than I want it to. He mostly just lies around these days and that is fine too. He has been a great companion and because of my disability I probably will never have another pet. He certainly was a handful when he was young . Not because he was mean but because of his wild activity. When young he was never still and always full of energy.

I trained him from a pup and I just can't do it now. Since I've never been a cat person that is out also.
