good day at the range

[Belt Fed]

Popped into the range for a quick session. Took my new VP9F and my comped PDP both of which until very recently didn’t want to shoot anything but 124 NATO. I also took my Staccato which shoots anything. Top to bottom Staccato, PDP, VP9F. Just 25 rds each, 15yds. Decided to try Federal 147, which I think is my new favorite 9mm weight. It leaves really tidy holes.

Did holster draw work for about 150 rounds at 7-10 yards.
Lot of 2-3 round strings
Best time .91 sceonds

Rest was 10-15 yards normal fire

Just point the business end at the target and pull the trigger. The rest takes care of itself.

My SIL asked me to take his 226 X5 Legion to my range for a trial run and I fell in love. I have a 226 Legion but that X5 is a cut above.
