New hunting rifle - Beretta BRX1

Hey everyone,

I’ve been doing some research lately on some straight-pull hunting rifles, and I keep coming back to the Beretta BRX1. I’m seriously considering picking one up for my next hunting setup, especially for versatility in different terrains and faster follow-up shots.

From what I’ve seen so far, it looks like a pretty good rifle, modular design, quick barrel changes, and that straight-pull action seems like a big advantage in the field. I also like that it’s fully ambidextrous, which is a nice touch.

Will really appreciate some insights from previous/current owners such as how does it perform, is is smooth and reliable as advertised and what are some downsides I should know before spending a couple on it.

the last thing I would look at for a hunting rifle is Beretta.

Tons of reliable, quality, great manufacturers over Beretta for hunting rifles. Even other Euro brands.

Then I’d have to buy an older, vintage pre Beretta Holding Company rifle which I’m sure would be well made as well as a pleasure to shoot. 😁
