Supposedly it didn't have anything to do with Beretta
i only have 2 Ruger wheel guns, the GP 100 2.5 inch snubby in 38/357, and the Vaquero in 45 Colt.i guess i’ll have to get that GP100 sooner than later.
Don't know how much Beretta has to do with this decision, but it does make me question how much trouble was/is Ruger in.Yeah it's not looking good. Wonder if Beretta now holding a lot of Ruger stock has something to do with this.

From publicly available information they appear to be fine, financially and the present stake that Beretta owns is, I think, still at 9%, so not quite dangerously near take-control levels.Don't know how much Beretta has to do with this decision, but it does make me question how much trouble was/is Ruger in.
Undeniable truth of life: When a car co. or a gun co. gets taken over by people that play golf, The Co. goes to hell in a hand basket.

This is more about their 2030 plan, whatever that is. I hope not just plastic guns and ARs. We have more than enough of that flooding the marketplace anyway.
I think the GP "Magnum" is still being made.I'm still pissed at Ruger for discontinuing the Security Six line.
Seems like they're dropping all of their DA revolvers.![]()
