SCOTUS news ..... ALERT, ALERT!

Just this minute heard the dems have announced they plan an attempt to enlarge (pack) the SCOTUS by 4 jurists to a total of 13. If that happens it will be nothing less than deleting a juducial body and adding another legislative body to our gov't with no accountability! Lot's to think about and consider here, for those on both sides.
 
Actually not even sure it was a cable news channel, it was however a news program. Was only paying half attention as I was a little pre-occupied at the time. Once I thought about it, I decided to post it to see if anyone else was aware.

Seems now Anni has verified I did hear it even though I couldn't tell you for sure where I heard it. Thanks Anni .......
 
Been watching FOX since Anni told us it was on Tucker Carlson where I first heard it, so I can't say if any other channel has announced it. But just now heard Sean Hannity repeat the alert at the beginning of his 9:pm program.

He's announced that tomorrow morning Jerry Nadler, friends, et al, are prepared to submit a bill in the house to do just that.

I guess we'll see. Anybody else see it on any other channel/program?

Would these be the only two sensible members of that party that we can possibly depend upon to do the right thing?

The current Dem party is really seeking ultimate control not liberty!

These leftist extremist who support the politicians involved with trying to push this through have no idea what they are asking for and if this does get pushed through you can get adjusted to the new police state you helped create traitors!

There may be others, but these are the two most vocal.
 
After all the blatant, obvious maneuvering by the democrats to take all the power by any means necessary, When the republicans regain control if they don't start playing by the new rules the democrats are playing by and instead do what they always do, which isn't much, the GOP as a party is over.

Hopefully, Trump taught them something. They need to fight back relentlessly...

And I'm not placing any bets they won't find a way to succeed.

Question: If such a power grabbing Constitution destroying bill were to pass and be signed,
could/would SCOTUS hear it and rule?? Before or after the pack??
