Something had to follow me home today.
Went to the range to shoot the SA-35 for function checks.
Ended up buying this to shoot as well:

l looked at that one…. It was tough but I gave it a [reluctant] pass 😕. Reasons:
No front strap checkering.
I don’t really need/want the rail or front serrations.
I have a Vickers Master Class- which isn’t far off this model.
My Vickers has same sort of grips, so I knew already I’d almost have to swap those out to thins.

In the end, I decided my next Spgfld 1911 will probably be one of the Mil-Spec ones.

But…. Good pickup there, KF !! I’m betting you’ll love it.
