Speaking of Combat Commanders, here is my example that has been worked over by Bob Chow. He was a Olympic Shooter and a Bullseye gunsmith, but did a few carry guns back in the day. I carry it sometimes when I am feeling nostalgic, which I admit happens more and more the older I get.

You're going to love that 1911. My SIG 1911's have been tack drivers. Go get it dirty! (In the shooting sense, not the movie sense)

Pretty sure it will be a good shooter personally don't care for the white slide JMO.

Hmmmm…nope, I did not. 450 total rounds and now I need to source a grip screw. First time I took it to the range, the AOS cover plate screws started backing out (caught it in time and corrected the problem). One would think that screws would be appropriately attached/torqued in the production process!

Thanks for pointing that out. Now I know to check the other three before hitting the range!
