I grew up on all that because my Mom didn't know how to cook, and after so much of it I decided to go for other Italien food than spagetti.

Years back my doctor gave me Tagament which worked great, but my pharmacist told me not to take it for a long period cause in some cases it may cause stomach cancer, so I just adjusted my diet and eating habits now

I’m on a different med but it says it could cause kidney issues.

Yup, and I also heard zinc helps. The only had zinc supplements left at the “Grocery” store

Zinc & Vit D3 are a regular part of my daily supplements.

I love venison burgers.
Usually cook them low heat and slow on the grill. Found you have to half the heat and double the time you would for a normal burger to not dry it out. Usually top it with quality blue cheese.

Most folks are D3 deficient.

I still eat like a horse for dinner, but I don’t eat breakfast or lunch (it got in the way of my beer drinking)

Usually cook them low heat and slow on the grill. Found you have to half the heat and double the time you would for a normal burger to not dry it out. Usually top it with quality blue cheese.

I put some bacon slices on top while grilling to give them some extra fat, but I get it ground up with some beef fat.
