Yum, Yum. My son-in-law got me to nice Wagyu strip steaks for Christmas haven't decided what recipe for cooking them yet. They're about 1-1/4" thick and highly marbled. Kinda leaning towards skillet cooking in olive oil & butter. Very expensive meat.
