i had seen the first one several times...many stunts or the way he handles things are laughable, but it is still entertaining.

i have to wait for part 2 to come on cable, in a few weeks.

i and the wife just do not go to the movies anymore, unless its a childrens type of movie and we take the kiddies.....

they like the popcorn and the movie theater huge screen..

Sounds like everyone is enjoying their evening. I hope @Old_Me feels better soon. There's schpilcus going around. My New Years Eve gig just got canceled due to a flu outbreak at the facility. That's OK, we may pick up another "Noon Years Eve" performance another community now that we're available.

I got to shovel a little snow from the driveway this morning. Then after helping Mrs. BassCliff fill the bird feeders I hung a couple of pictures on the wall. I've been really productive today. ;)

i think it was a combo of at least 3 things...

1) the gal at the CVS store that we have known like for a lifetime (nearly 100 years), she was feeling lousy, and maybe i caught something.>??

2) the wife and i had weiners for lunch, and its been like months since we had them, and maybe this time, they just did not agree with me...

or

3) it was just something else..???


but i am better this morning

Glad you are feeling better. I hate going anywhere this time of year because of all the sickness out and about.

i hate getting up early, more and more each day, but i am not waking up myself (so to speak), its my body doing it.

working the night shift for over 40 years, mucked me up, and i cannot fix it.

no medications work to let me sleep, and this is pretty much the reason why i nap so much.

even if i stay awake all day long..??

i get up early the next day.


but as i hate going to the many places where there are people, at least going early, i avoid most people, like,

the jerks, morons, idiots, scumbags, mentally unstable ones, and those that cannot get an order right at the the local micky d's or burger king.

When I go to vet today I will also ask him how much meds to give Maggie for New Years eve. She is really terrified of all the fireworks. Yes these poor people that want a handout for everything in this state always seem to have money to purchase FIREWORKS! Oh, and purchase legal dope. They smoke so much of it here you can see the smoke hanging over the mountains every morning! Sometimes I wish I never stayed here.

I have a friend who is a dog trainer who swears by the Thundershirt. I think you can get it at PetsMart or Tractor Suply as well as on line

i cannot stand the smell of weed as well.

its really bad since weed is legal everywhere.

we had a pizza delivery guy a few weeks ago, drive up, and over the sidewalk, nearly fall out of his car, and he hands me the pizza (thankfully still hot and IN the box.

dumbfook, reeked of that horrid weed smell.

and as Hayes said, that thundershirt works......i know people that got them, and they swear by them.
