Gas: 3.99 to 4.50No monsoon down there yet?
We'll see how the rest of our summer goes, there's still time to burn a bit up here but we've been lucky so far.

We've had scattered rain, but not what I remember as monsoons. We are in what we affectionately refer to as super-drought. I can't wait to hear from the marketing experts call it next year.

Talyn, the main issue is we got screwed and Cali wouldn't go to desalinization on a large scale giving all the CO waters to Nev and AZ. Now they are, but they may be too late.
Bodies of water don't concern me as much as people who don't think it through.Maybe AZ needs to cut a deal with Mexico to pipe water straight from the Gulf of CA and then you folks desalinate it, or partner with Mexico to desalinate the water right at the Gulf of CA then pipe it to AZ.
The CO water issue isn't going to get any better.
I see you folks have four large (The Lakes at Castle Rock etc.) residential subdivisions with private artificial lakes. I imagine the transpiration is off the scale considering your year-round environment, especially in the summer.

Pics?Went to range again. Shot the PPS M2 and G49. New sights on Walther were great. Got home and trimmed Russian Sage bushes before it gets real hot. Now some lunch and maybe a nap.
