MIM parts aren't the satanic evil they're made out to be.
I only change them when needed.

Yeah, they didn't fix that in newer ones ... My 99 EGC TC88 some of the first things that got changed we're the cam and primary tensioners.Speaking of Harleys, we could start a conversation regarding pre-1997 cam chain tensioner shoes and late EVO INA cam bearings!
Noooooooooooooooooooooo!
Welcome to the forums, great article also. So, I own Sokolovsky Sporting Arms - maker of the Sokolovsky Automaster
Yes, yes we did. Nothing better than a Remington 1900. Don’t need no Krupp steel barrels!Tradition probably has a lot to do with it. I’ll bet the old timers bemoaned the loss of Damascus shotgun barrels.
I don't mind MIM parts so much, depending on where they are used. But the firing pin? That's unacceptable. I was told by a guy in our gun shop that Springfield Armory doesn't use MIM firing pins. True or not, I don't know.Sig using MIM parts in the 365 turned me off. Had a couple of broken firing pins.
