It's not illegal. If he seems approachable perhaps let him know his slip is showing as a courtesy, otherwise why bother. Let the situation dictate what you think is best.

As an aside, If someone comes out of the bathroom with TP stuck to their shoe, or theid fly is unzipped, do you say something, or let it ride?

Can't say for sure, didn't seem like it though. If it was it was some kind of pocket holster.

Did the holster have retention?

I didn't see anything that looked like that but his shirt was draped around it. It for sure was in his back pocket not on his belt so, no way to know really.

Just to clarify I walked past the guy in the aisle and I don't even know what caught my eye but I noticed the gun sticking out of his back pocket.

I noticed it. I questioned whether it was intentional. Then I decided it was none of my business and got on about my shopping.

As long as it took you to read that paragraph is about how long it took me to go through that thought process.

On the way home I decided it would make a good topic for discussion so I posted it.

I'm in TX also. To be honest, I don't know if my Walmart has signs or not. I conceal carry and don't care about signs in stores. Federal property is different; I don't mess with the feds!

Don't go to Walmart often, too far away. Not normal but not abnormal to see open carry.

Seriously though as a trainer (and by trainer I’m a Rangemaster Advance Instructor, retired FLETC and Indjana LE Academy instructor and delt with inner city gamg bangers that told me all how they steal guns and have seen my share of crime first hand)

I see so many cringeworthy carry methods that I have aneurisms. And as much as I want to tell them how jacked up they are it really isn’t my business , and they don’t care they probably know everythjng and either they will figure it out or they will be a statistic.

I am over caring about what other people do just stay over thwre with the dumb stuff!
