Your favorite handgun cartridge....

What is your favorite handgun cartridge? Mine I guess would be the .44mag, you can use the .44 special for self defense, and and go all the way to full power to hunt with. You also can reload this cartridge in between the special and full power to do about anything you want or need to do.

Otherwise 9mm in pistols, 357 in revolvers, and 44 cal. in BP revolvers.

I would have to go with 9mm for a pistol round. Cheaper to shoot than the others and seems to be the easiest to find around here.

Ok... Mine is the .40, It's a slippery slope saying which is your favorite as many will disagree. But... Yes, mine is the .40 cal.

I wanted one really bad back in the day, and almost placed an order but we all kow what happened. Luckily the "10" was saved in the next decade and is still going strong.

I can't chose a favorite. They are different and have different uses. I deer hunt exclusively with a .44 magnum revolver. So my favorite handgun cartridge for hunting is .44 Mag. For autos I really like .45 ACP. I mean REALLY like .45 ACP.

Long story short, I live in Ohio, there was a gun show in WV right after the Bren Ten came out, I could have got the gun with 2 magazines NIB, but then, I didn’t know you could transfer it over to Ohio, so I didn’t get it........duh.....
