Anyone else into cooking?

Smoked ham and 2 standing rib roasts… the family devoured it down to the bone… literally

Last night I tried smash burgers for 8 adults on the BGE with a plancha at around 600 degrees. They got a nice crust on them and I managed to not set myself on fire in the process.
My BIL does them on a Blackstone. They're excellent. He's over there right now doing chicken on his new "Joetisserie" attachment for his Komodo Joe.
