Reminds me of a time many many years ago. Good friend had a 7 yr daughter, my son was 6. My buddy lived on a steep hill and had worked making a Nice sled run, including hay bales by trees and stuff in case you went out of the run. Sun had been out a bit, melted the surface a bit and it then refrozen. That puppy was Slick and we’re were afraid to let the kids go down it alone-wat too fast. We had a couple of the old steerable wood sleds with metal rails. I laid down on the sled and my son laid down on my back holding onto Dad’s shoulders. My buddy let go of the sled and Zip we were gone-great ride. Back up the hill. I hold the sled, buddy lays down on it. 7 year old lays down on Dad’s back holding his shoulders. Buddy gives the word, I let go and they’re on the way
