Anyone else into cooking?

Hey killer I promise I write it down this time that dry brine for my turkey you gave me was excellent best turkey I ever did moist as hell . One more time please thanks
Combine 1/3 cup salt, tablespoon brown sugar and 1 teaspoon pepper in a bowl. Rub the bird.. put in fridge for 12 hrs .

Then, Slather the turkey under the skin with melted butter. Rub 1 tablespoon each of parsley, sage, thyme, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 tsp paprika and a smidge clove (clove optional)
Cook in oven as desired
 
Last night was CFP and some chili.

All this fancy food. All I had was some Johnsonville sausages with potatoes and sourcraut. I give you guys a lot of credit. I am not a chef by any means.
Sounds pretty damn good to me.
Cooking is my hobby.
Also, i have 6-8 high end grocery stores in a 15 min radius of me.
Drawback.. so are couple million people
