I'm Southern by the grace of God, so my preferences are to the south in cooking. Much of the food is basically simple but complex in the seasoning. As I'm in Tucson, I have a very strong interest in Mexican fare. However, the preferred food is the interior style, rather than the Sonoran style...

I became a cook over 70 years ago so I guess I can slop together just about anything.I have nieces and step daughters and granddaughters who are vegan and I tell them I eat steak,bacon, hamburger along with fish. I tell them I do that so they will have plenty of grass for there plate.
