Got the gun back put 100 rounds through it and it failed again, same exact issue. They initially adjusted the sear spring and replaced to thumb safety. Back to Springfield it goes. They had the gun longer then me lol

I am new to the forum and enjoy reading the comments, great information provided! I have been thinking of getting a Prodigy since I carry an Emissary in 9mm. I have heard so many concerns or complaints about the Prodigy and I wonder if I should just stay with my Emissary. It's not a double stack but I have shot a variety of ammo through it and not one issue. I sent it in about 2 months ago to SA due to the finish was changing to a brown but was told nothing seen. I had a gunsmith and another person both observe it but that is another story. Is it worth getting one?
