A retired First Sergeant with nearly 26 years of active duty service, Ramon’s background
includes time as an infantryman, military policeman, drill instructor, and NCO Academy
instructor. Those roles shaped a disciplined, methodical approach with a strong emphasis on
safety, proficiency, and accountability—principles that carry through in his evaluations and
analysis.
In addition to his military service, Ramon works in compliance and investigative environments,
